Adriaan de Wit (1952) is a Dutch-Austrian pianist, composer, vocal coach and photographer.
Adriaan de Wit studied in Amsterdam and Salzburg piano, harpsichord, conducting and chamber music.
He has performed as soloist and partner of many well-known singers and instrumentalists on many major stages in Europe.

An accident to his left wrist prematurely ended his career as a concert pianist.

"Judith und Holofernes" (Libretto: Waltraut Rainer-Thiel) - premiere 1993; "Icarus" (Libretto: Paola Moretti) - premiere 1998, "Die Kavaleristin" (Libretto: Marianne Figl) - premiere 2012),
He was a teacher at the famous music university Mozarteum in Salzburg for more than 30 years.
Since 2015 he works as a fine art photographer and lives secluded in the south east of Austria.
